NO REFUNDS on deposits under any circumstance’s. If you decide to postpone your event for any reason (including weather) we will try our best to accommodate a new event date; however, you MUST give us at least one weeks written notice. We will then hold your deposit as a full credit for 1 calendar year from event date, with event to also take place within the calendar year, after which time your deposit is forfeited. Postponements with less than one week’s notice for a non weather related issue will only be considered on a case by case basis. Postponements will not be considered for any reason on the date of the event. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to be considered for a weather related postponement. Final say on all deposit credits are solely up to the discretion of Jubilee Zoo.
We truly enjoy what we do at Jubilee Zoo. When our customers are happy we are happy. However, we are a very non traditional business and do not have staff or funds to cover refunds and absorb the costs. We have a “no refund” policy on deposits because we incur fees and costs with every transaction. By paying your deposit you have agreed to our refund policy. Thank you for your understanding!
