NO REFUNDS on deposits. If you decide to postpone your event we will try our best to accommodate. If you choose to cancel your event, you MUST give us at least one weeks notice and we will hold your deposit as a full credit until the end of December 2024 at our discretion. Credits may be used for any goods or services offered by Jubilee Zoo directly but are not applicable to third party vendors. Cancelations with less than one weeks notice will only be considered on a case by case basis. A doctor’s note may be required. This applies to both mobile, and on location events.

Jubilee Zoo is a good choice rain or shine. We have the moonwalks, the small animal petting zoo, and the pony rides all under cover. The hay ride is not much fun in the rain but there is still plenty to do in all weather. If you do elect to postpone your party due to a rainy forecast we will be glad to carry your deposit as a store credit for another available date and time. NO REFUNDS.

We truly enjoy what we do at Jubilee Zoo. When our guests are happy we are happy. However, we are a very non traditional business and do not have staff or funds to cover refunds and absorb the costs. We have a “no refund” policy on deposits because we incur fees and costs with every transaction. By paying your deposit you have agreed to our refund policy. Thank you for your understanding!
