Time to P-A-R-T-Y! Rent this cool and private Party Barn for your events and gatherings. The Party Barn features a 14′ x 24′ climate-controlled room within the barn with a refrigerator/freezer to store your goodies, outlets for your crock pots, and tables with seating for around 24 guests. Additional tables and seating in the main barn as necessary. Friendly farm animals, unique play equipment, bouncy house, and farm-themed décor are sure to delight your guests.
This rental includes the use of the room for 2 hours of party time, with an additional 20 minutes before your party to set up, and an additional 20 minutes at the end of your party to clean up. (To respect others who have rented the party room please be courteous and stay within your rented time, additional fees may be assessed if you go outside your rented time.)
* 30 total guests included in base price
* Extra guests may be added for $15 each up to a maximum occupancy of 50 total guests
* 2 hours of party time with an additional 40 minutes to set up and clean up.
* Children 24 months and under are not included in guest count and are admitted free
* Pony rides and train ride may be added separately upon availability at time of party. The cost is $60 per activity per half hour DURING your party barn rental time. Please inform your party host/hostess upon arrival if you are interested in either or both activities
